Delivery methods

Maison Aroma currently offers Pudo locker-to-locker delivery and The Courier Guy door delivery. The customer chooses their preferred delivery method at checkout.

In-stock products

Products marked In Stock are currently available in South Africa and move through standard dispatch after payment confirmation.

Sourced-to-order products

Products marked Sourced to Order are sourced internationally after payment confirmation. Delivery takes approximately 3 weeks unless a different timeline is communicated before purchase.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address, contact number, and Pudo locker details where applicable. Maison Aroma is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.

Free shipping

Orders above R2 500 qualify for free delivery. This threshold may change and will be shown at checkout.
